This interactive lecture is developed and presented by nationally recognized author and motivational speaker Mark Breslin. This presentation focuses on understanding the need for changing the Construction culture and providing a “High Performance/High Value” workforce to compete for a place in our industry’s futures. While focusing on the individual member’s responsibility in making that need a reality. Praised across this country and in Canada “Survival of the Fittest” will inspire thought and action from all open minded Union Members. (One time attendance of this STAR class is required for event eligibility)
