Rules of Eligibility
The list of prizes and awards planned for the Awards Gala on September 10, 2011, is like nothing DC 16 has ever done. In fact, we are proud to say that we intend to take the Awards part of STAR to unprecedented levels. New Chevy Pick-Up Trucks, Kawasaki Wave Runners, Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, ATVs, Quads, Cruises, High-Def TVs, iPads, Sony Home Theater Packages, Magellan GPSs, and more!
Eligibility Rules are:

Participant must attend and complete 8-hours of Mark Breslin "Survival of the Fittest" training (one time only)

Participant must complete 16 hours of STAR sponsored training (Survival of the Fittest included) during the training year

Participant must have no work-related lost time accident/illness during the training year

Participant must have contributed a minimum of 500 hours to the star program during the training year

Participant must be a member in good standing at the time of the awards event

Participant must be present to win
